Early-stage terms

Prototype status: Centivive is currently in private beta development and is not yet offered as a generally available consumer service.

Informational wellness product

Centivive is intended to provide general wellness, prevention and behavior-guidance information. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

No emergency use

Centivive must not be used for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. Users should contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional when urgent care is needed.

Data accuracy

Wearables, self-reported information and connected data sources may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Recommendations should therefore be treated in context and not as definitive clinical conclusions.

Third-party services

Future integrations may depend on third-party platforms such as Apple Health or Garmin Connect and will be subject to the availability and terms of those services.

Changes

These preliminary terms will be replaced by formal terms of service before public launch.
